P4b Make Mosaics

Well done P4b more mosaics designed in the growing area. They are fantastic.

“Primary 6B harvested some of their potatoes this week to learn about different yields from two different from varieties. We looked at the tubers that the potatoes grew from and examined the seed potato which had been originally planted.”

Some of P4 enjoying making mosaics in the growing area. See if you can guess what the flags are.

P6 Bracelet Skills

“Prmary 6B have been making some innovative daisy chains in the field. We used skills we learned when making bracelets for our Eco Fair to create some lovely flower versions.”

P2 In The Driving Seat

Champion Judo Kit

This judo kit now belongs to me, but it used to belong to Sarah Clark who most recently won Gold in the Glasgow Commonwealth Games. She now does coaching at my club. This is the jacket (I’ve got trousers too but they’re not as exciting). Sarah gave me her jacket from the 2002 Manchester Olympics where she won Silver.

We Have Seen The Light!!!

We are all excited to write to you to tell you about our new blinds.

They have really changed the way we can learn in class when it is sunny. Instead of sitting in the dark with the lights on, we now work in the natural daylight.

Not only are we saving electricity – we are saving our eyesight too.

We are really thankful that you listened to us and got us new blinds. They are amazing!
Many thanks

From Mrs Bonar and Primary 3.

PS – Although Mrs Bonar typed this up, this email has been put together from the ideas of the girls and boys.
